I’ve been a patient since the late 90s. Dr. Chen is a great doctor and a very nice man. He’s pulled me through some rough times.
Dr. Chen is not a competent physician. He misdiagnosed my uncle and his cognitive function.
Awful!
He's not very knowledgeable or up-to-date concerning more recent advances in medical science, and he also comes off as a sociopath. I won't be seeing him again.
Awesome overall Dr. takes his time and really listen to what you have to say, been going to him for years, he is accepting new patients.
Excellent doctor! Unfortunately due to the greed of our health insurers I had to leave Dr Chen, unless I was willing to pay $200 per office visit. ONLY doctor who cared about my quality of life as well as my health. While looking for a doctor with Allegheny Health Network I suffered a heart attack. UPMC, AHN and the politicians all got on the news and said the problems between the two have been worked out and everything is resolved. I call B.S.
Both Dr. Chen and his staff are so nice and kind.
