It was easy to find the downtown office and follow posted directions to the clinic. I encountered prompt and courteous intake at the front desk. The aide who took my vital signs and weight and updated my records was both personable and professional. Dr. Chen was pleasant, gentle in speech and actions, willing to listen while keeping things on-point and was willing to discuss the reasons for her recommendations and consider alternatives. This was the best experience I have had with a physician in 66 years.
