So disappointed over $100 worth of food and only 1 thing was good the bbq spareribs. The giant egg rolls were so greasy like they dumped them in a pot of grease and let them sit for hours. Mongolian Beef, Sesame Chicken & pepper steak with tomatoes & onions & Fried rice were all so bland and oily. No taste. I have gone here in 2010 thru 2014 exactly 5 times and now I tried again and nothing is changed same food quality. I’m out over $100 and it’s frustrating. Never again.
Disappointed with both the food and the customer service tonight. I ordered an egg roll, chicken curry, and crispy Szechuan beef for takeout. The egg roll was large and tasted okay, but the dinner dishes were completely inedible.The chicken curry just tasted like chicken soup with a little curry powder thrown in, and it left a terrible lingering aftertaste. Chen’s is my favorite neighborhood Chinese restaurant. My two favorite items are Mongolian Beef and Hunan Beef. The beef melts in your mouth. Also love their Fantail Shrimp and Crab Rangoon. If I could I would eat there everyday. To me they are better than PF Changs. Changs does not tenderize their beef and it is always chewing and stringy. Chen’s meat is tenderized just right and always melts in your mouth. If I could I would give them 20 stars. Michelle
Nice decor, friendly service, really yummy food and cocktail. No wait time, huge portions for the food. Very tasty. Really would love to come back and try more food. It is rare to find a good chinese dine in with cocktails! So happy I found this spot.
