What can I say about Chemyo. Oh let me count the ways. Team Chemyo, from their above board product line to their absolute unmatched customer service is so rare to see in companies these days. I was recommended them sm yrs bk. & Since day one I hv never went with anyone else! Team Chemyo til the wheels don't go! LOL
I had a shipping issue where package disappeared and they replaced it for free and while waiting for me to respond to them, I received another email checking up on it to see if i ever found it. I’ve never experienced this type of customer service before these people are amazing product is also great.
Amazing customer support, I messed up the shipping info so it didn’t get sent, and there team replied within 20 minutes and shipped out a new one free of extra charge
*UPDATE AFTER BLOODWORK BELOW* amazing operation overall. top tier website and first order came super fast. had a small issue with my order and they helped remediate it same day and decided to reship. it got shipped and I got my tracking number the next day. super professional, kind and fast service. no bs and seems high quality! Will be buying from here from now on!
