Very nice building, love the architecture. Employees are friendly and kind. Love to bank with Chemung. This is the one building here on Buffalo Street that does notary if anyone needs one.
5 stars for being the only bank i called that could answer if they do cannabis banking without putting me on hold for 30 minutes.
Terrible customer service always takes forever to hear back from them and they never answer there calls you sit on hold forever
I had been having trouble with my online banking for a very long time. I expressed my concern and Alex took my phone number and got it all figured out for me and called me first thing the next morning to let me know it was taken care of. It's very appreciated. Anytime I go in there everyone is very eager to help!!!
