Apparently getting a good water test to isolate heavy metals, a simple test that can be done via Amazon, is beyond this company. Very expensive for what was provided. When we called to discuss the results, we got hung up on. Frankly I would go elsewhere. We politely asked about the tests, sternly discussed the results, and hit told they would not do testing for us in the future. Unless you are a big company you are a waste of time to them.
