I highly recommend this pharmacy!! We need meds for our dog and getting them from ChemRx has been so great- they’re cheaper than from the vet, they deliver to our house, and they go out of their way to help us with this process. We really appreciate the support, thank you!!
First time at this place and the people are awesome.
If I could give negative stars I would. Provider called in a prescription 1 month ago. No communication from ChemRx. It has been 1 month and I called today. Nothing but excuses. They blame it on insurance; blame it on the provider. Extremely unprofessional. I will be calling their office every few hours until I have an answer.
I utilize ChemRx for a veterinary prescription. Everyone whom I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with since day one has been extremely professional, kind and helpful. They process prescriptions very quickly. What more can I say; they are awesome!
