I used this company to clean my rug and new sofa and I was not happy, they do not clean them. All they do is spray a soap, and do a mild vacuum on it? Like how is that cleaning ? Charged me $230 for two things, and then they both look the same.. the tech was great, but if ur looking for a cleaning service for these items, they are not the ones to use..Maybe this is just an area that they do not specialize, and just provide..

Carpet cleaner, Joshua was EXCELLENT! He was not only on time but called to check if he could come early since he finished his last job, that told me immediately that he was Not lazy, he could've taken a break but chose to keep on working. And when he arrived he was very friendly and courteous, And Professional by letting me know his process. Then he just got to work, work, work. I got a quick response for booking my cleaning. The service tech was on time and went straight to work. And the results were GREAT!! The carpets look new again and smell great.
