The folks have excellent customer service! They have treated me very well this last couple years I highly recommend them!
Just a heads up, this business ( unlike any other business that I know of ) charges $ just for estimates on work to possibly be done!!! Talk about gouging!!!
So far pretty disappointed in Chemo RV. Their quote was about $800 over charge (on not a very big service order to begin with). When questioned they mentioned that there was typos on the quote and that AI made the quote so some things shouldn't be on it. After removing unnecessary made up shop expenses and reducing the excessive 4 hour tire change to just being quoted 1 hour. They started treating us differently than when we walked in. After the devastating loss of our 1990 Skamper fifth wheel in Alaska, we purchased a Grand Design RV trailer at Chemo RV in British Columbia in route to our residence in Oregon. As with any new purchase there were numerous warranty issues. However, when one lives many hundreds of miles from the place of purchase, these warranty issues can be difficult.
