The folks have excellent customer service! They have treated me very well this last couple years I highly recommend them!
Just a heads up, this business ( unlike any other business that I know of ) charges $ just for estimates on work to possibly be done!!! Talk about gouging!!!
So far pretty disappointed in Chemo RV. Their quote was about $800 over charge (on not a very big service order to begin with). When questioned they mentioned that there was typos on the quote and that AI made the quote so some things shouldn't be on it. After removing unnecessary made up shop expenses and reducing the excessive 4 hour tire change to just being quoted 1 hour. They started treating us differently than when we walked in.
