This is a review for service department only, will do another review for sales. We purchased an Arctic Fox 25w this summer from Chemo. We had an lithium battery system, inverter and additional solar added. The addition of a DC to DC charger was not brought up at sales time but was deemed required after some investigation. There were around a dozen issues most minor in nature and problem with the TB panel accuracy with battery condition. Five stars all the way. In the middle of a 2 week road trip our fridge went out. Showed up there in the morning and they got us in immediately. They found the problem, quickly fixed it and back on the road in 2 hours. Staff was friendly and welcoming, also the service prices were extremely fair. Highly recommended and thanks for the help.
