Not a bad thing to say about our experience with the Quesnel Chemo RV team! Steve D is the man, great knowledge of his profession and a lot of fun to talk with. Tiffany had all the paperwork done and ready in no time flat. We got to share some stories, a very enjoyable person to be around. As for the "Boss" Steve, well he is a character. Made a roadside request to look for possible propane leak. The service centre brought it in and problem quickly diagnosed and fixed. This allowed us to continue. Amazing, friendly, and responsive service staff. Thank you Chemo
The experience was great freindly staff great service. Quick to answer questions and very knowledgeable about products. The staff were very funny and charming. Would definitely go back to the quesnel store for service. I left very happy and impressed. We had an issue with our motor home's fresh water water tank pump not pumping water into our RV water system. We were on our way to Northern BC and thought our water system was fine given it had been worked on recently by some RV techs in Chilliwack. When we turned on the water pump, water sprewed out the fresh water input coupling where you attach the fresh water hose to fill up the fresh water holding tank.
