[Update: Jan 6, 2026:] One issue that really annoys my family about this pharmacy is that if they are short on supply, they won't inform you. They will still call you and say your meds are ready. But a few days after you pick up your meds, they call you again, letting you know the remaining meds are back in stock and asking you to pick them up. AGAIN. 已在這裡配藥很久了，早二天到配藥，有個很高的女士（好似未見過？）或本身在裏面負責配藥？ 因當時沒有一個熟悉的人，起碼坐在電腦前都會熟悉，但變成一個高大男仕！ 這位女士，大大聲聲，粗粗佬佬 走出來問坐在旁邊的客人，是否你要配乜乜藥？客人說不是 又問另外一個客人 之後又再出來問重複又重複，omg 以前都不是這樣 為什麼會這樣亂？ 那天不是很多人 但我等了差不多半小時 這樣配藥再是這樣 要找另外一間了

Great pharmacy with probably the lowest dispensing fee around, and service has always been accommodating and friendly. I have been a customer for years and I always get my flu/COVID shots there as well and experience has been quick and professional. Convenient location near No.3, on Ackroyd. I see that they just opened a new location few blocks down on Buswell Road (4 mins walk from Richmond Centre).
