Inia was very helpful and went above and beyond to help get my prescription covered by insurance. She kept me informed through the process and even provided her direct line if I had any other concerns. I’m very grateful for the extra effort she made to ensure my prescription was approved .
Literally my experience has been the opposite of most people here. They have never not answered the phone, they have always been fast in making the medication and in shipping it. They have never made a mistake in billing, they have never not being anything but courteous and competent. Tried many other compound pharmacies and they wouldn't even make the rare medication that I needed, super frustrating. The pharmacy techs I talked with today were lovely, patient, and helpful. I like how I can call and speak to them rather than have to leave a message.
Iniya was amazing throughout the prior authorization process! She followed up with me multiple times, kept me updated every step of the way, and explained the process when communication was delayed. Thanks to her persistence and communication, the authorization was completed and my daughter was finally able to get her medication. I truly appreciate her help and support!
