I cannot say enough good things about Chemistry Rx and especially Kris Stauffer. Clinical Services Manager. I needed a compounded medication, but the prescription my doctor initially sent was for an amount that my insurance would not cover. Didn’t pick up the phone. Waited an hour. Horrendous.
Very bad communication. Bad service. Takes forever.
I hate to write bad reviews, but unfortunately, this place is bad news. Find somewhere else. I have tried calling at all times of the day and left multiple messages. I’ve even tried to contact them online to refill the prescription. They just never respond. Very disappointing.
I’m sharing my experience to help others make informed decisions. I was told that a replacement for a medication I never received would be resent. After months of daily calls and repeated confirmations from their team, nothing ever arrived. It has now been over six months, and I still have not received the medication or a refund.
