3/20/26: Awful service. Currently waiting on an order placed 11 days ago (3/9/26). This is the second time I’ve gone through this. Sent an email - no response. Left a voicemail- no response. Called - straight to hold, no response, I’m fed up so asked my doctor to recommend another compounding pharmacy. UPDATE: 3/20/26 I finally got through and spoke with Jessica who told me they switched computer systems “last week” which was the reason for the delay and that I would be getting my order in a couple days. I have had interactions with several compounding pharmacies for a specific medication for my daughter. Chemistry Rx has been so much better than the others. They are the easiest to communicate with, fastest response time and the most transparent. The point of contact, Brian, has gone above and beyond to explain things other pharmacies skip over. Highly recommend using Chemistry Rx.
