We had a wonderful experience with Chemically Balanced Pools. Dutch was amazing to work with and as caring as anyone you will come across. I highly recommend this company for your pool services and can't praise them enough for their incredible attention to detail, responsiveness and level of care. We first met Dutch last summer when we called him to troubleshoot why our pool was losing water at an unusual rate. He quickly identified the issue and solution. We needed a new liner; which he doesn’t do but provided recommendations. Dutch followed up with us soon after to see how we made out. We booked our pool opening with Dutch this spring. He is a pleasure to deal with and has been providing guidance on getting our chlorine levels in line. He is very responsive to emails which is much appreciated. Dutch is very knowledg... read more

Superb! Older homes and older pools are uniquely challenging – you don’t always know what problems lurk below the surface, especially if you are the second or third homeowner. In the fourteen years that we have owned our 30-year plus pool, it’s been difficult to get to the root of structural issues.
