Contacted them re their Pathfinder service. Was told they had 20+ good leads for me to use to accomplish my goal of finding companies that purchased a particular chemical, so I paid for a full subscription. All the "leads" were useless and outdated. As this was the only reason that I had purchased the subscription I within a few days asked for a refund.
