I've wanted to try Chemical Guys products for some time. Unfortunately, that will never happen — they won't get another bite at the apple after what I experienced. I ordered over $250 in product that never arrived. When I contacted Customer Service, they did what they apparently do best: passed the buck. Rather than owning the problem, they pointed me to their third-party shipping vendor and told me to figure it out myself. That's not customer service — that's an insult.
