Always friendly. Liked it best when it was Northwest, then it changed to Chemical, now it's TCF but about to change to Huntington. At least the nice staff remains the same.
They have been there to meet my every need for many years. I love Eric and all the friendly staff at the Tom's Westbay location.
I have Isaac A as a banker! And I almost left chemical over a recent banking issue, and he provided exceptional customer service. And I’m staying with chemical now because of it! Very much appreciated.
