I have been banking here for years the customer service and wait time is getting worse every time I stop by 20 minute waits in the drive thru when you are literally the only car in line is absolutely insane. I will be switching banks ASAP!!!
Treated my son like he was dirt. He had lots of money from tax return, and one of his cards didnt go, so they treated him like dirt. He (or I, for that matter) won't be back.
