This bank is a joke. Trying to make my 1st loan payment and noticed they added $4000 to my loan somehow (this was not approved!) Do you think I could get anyone to answer my call? NO! I have been on hold for over an hour and no end in sight 😡🤬 I can't even make a payment to keep me from paying late fees since the site isn't working.
