Excellent service. Efficient. Name had been changed years ago to TCF Bank and it's now a part of the Huntington Bank company. Not Chemical Bank any more.
Some of the most terrible banking experience I have ever had. The manager had it in her mind to scold me for not agreeing with her and the ignored me. I would recommend the never do any business with the downtown Ludington branch for sure.

I used Northwestern Bank for years without a single issue. Then Chemical Bank bought them out and took over my account. Since that happened I have not been able to use my account for anything, not one single time without some kind of issue. It's been almost 3 years now since I've been able to see my own account balance. Numerous calls to their support line just to be repeatedly told "when someone who actually knows how to do their job finally shows up they will call you and fix your problem."
