I love this location! The staff are all very friendly and helpful and they make you feel like family.
THE WORSE My father passed away. I was trying to see if I needed to send them the death cert. The other banks he was associated were kind cooperative and understanding. THEY were not. Dow Credit Union was cooperative in this matter, Horizon Bank was cooperative in this matter, TIAA was cooperative in this matter, First National was cooperative on this matter. The Chemical Bank was not. NEVER bank there.

If you are looking to buy a home, Chemical has some special products that are able to help out a vast amount of people, and Ken Woody is the man to help you out with that. He is very quick to get to closing and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!
