Been bringing rolled coins here to deposit or get cash for years. But brought in a couple hundred dollars in rolls today and was told they have a 5% charge on coins. Unbelievable. Since when do banks charge you to deposit currency??
once chemical bought them, the great services went away. They are barley open anymore.
They answered my calls and without saying any words at all, put me on hold (I could only tell because of the elevator music) MULTIPLE TIMES. It’s fine if you’re busy and need to put someone on hold but at least have the courtesy and customer service to SPEAK AND TELL THEM! “I’m so sorry but I need to put you on hold for just a moment” takes 2 seconds to say. I had a very poor experience a year ago, and actually closed my account. I went back this year to try again, and a new person changed my whole view on this bank! Katie Reynolds was patient, very informative and kind! I had a new account, and ready to leave within 20 minutes of sitting down with her. She made sure I understood everything perfectly! I'm so happy I gave this place another try! Thank you Katie for being an awesome person, and treating me and my husband with kindness and respect! You have our business!
