I originally opened an account here due to convenience. I never had any issues with customer service; In fact, I thought it was fantastic. Lately though, I have experienced quite the opposite. The bank manager (I believe her name is Cindy) is an extraordinarily rude and inefficient older, grouchy woman. I always cringe when she calls me into her side room to "help" me (which she never really does yet claims to.)
