Always very helpful and never stale candy or dog treats.
This is the absolute worst branch bank in America! I had a house loan- that they said they couldn’t do anything for. Took my loan to a creditable bank and they had no issues. The people at chemical aka Grand haven bank are a joke. They DO NOT know how to do there job! They act like- oh well, go somewhere else. So GLAD TO BE ABSOLUTELY done with these morons who should be working fast food! If you do bank with them- GOOD LUCK!
Merger after merger what was a good bank back in the day (Paragon) is now a bank that is too big to fail, but they fail on customer service. So glad that I got my money out of them and to a credit union.
