My company has bought 4 pumps, about 20 gauges, and thousands in miscellaneous parts and fittings. Probably in the range of $30K spent headed to $50K. Joe and Gary have bent over backwards to help us even when we went against their recommendations and had problems. Very happy so far.
Their pumps get 5 stars, but customer service is so bad, I can't justify giving over two stars. They're just plain rude and unwilling to help!
