The Owners and Operators of Chemex Pool and Spa Supplies opened with the vision of filling a need for a local pool chemical store that would carry the necessities for the homeowner. CHEMEX Smithtown slowly increased its product line to include not only chemicals, but a full line to tools for the pool, as well as toys and games and filters and pumps. In 1989, CHEMEX opened its second location in Hauppauge, NY. (pictured)"

They may have the supplies you need, but their customer service is absolutely the worst. They are expensive and incompetent. I would rather drive 10 miles out of my way or shop online than use this s--t hole. If I could give them less than 1 star I would....
Dude with the fun socks helped me bring salt out to my car. IF YOU EVER GO TO CHEMEX GIVE THE GUY WITH FUN SOCKS A TIP OF AT LEAST TWENTY DOLLARS.
Great Store friendly Staff, they had a fire last year . They are now located in their Smithtown Location 400 W Main St .
They are out of business. That is not surprised because you always got the feeling you were imposing on them, not friendly at all, very poor social skills. Onlu went there as a last resort. Setting aside their customer service they were better stocked and more knowledgeable than Leslie.
