Chem-Dry of Snowy Range is a great company to work with and does an excellent job with carpet cleaning for the many properties we manage in southeast Wyoming. They are so friendly to schedule with, and make quick work of some really tough jobs. Highly recommend!
The man who came to clean the carpets was very nice and professional. He appeared to know what he was doing. The carpets were so very wet and the odor just continued to become worse and worse. He said that the pet treatment caused them to be wet for up to 72 hours. It was past 72 hours when he returned. He stated that he could add a mildew treatment but wasn’t sure if that would help as that was just more moisture. His recommendation was to let it dry.
