Disappointed. Not the cleaners for older carpets with visible but removable stains. They did clean my carpets because nothing came up when I vacuumed after ChemDry was here but there were stains that I was able to remove by hand after they left. I'm sad I wasted my money but I was 9 months pregnant & hoping to get house ready for baby. My mom had a great experience with ChemDry and highly recommended them.
