I had the most incredible experience with ChemDry, in particular Antonio. What an absolute joy of a human he is. He was tasked with removing red brick dust from brand new wool carpet. He was so thorough, careful in his process and explained everything he was doing. He miraculously removed the stain in no time at all. From the point of first contact Kellie and Jeanette were super helpful and made me feel confident in booking Chem-Dry Metro. I search reviews before I do anything these days and I can absolutely see why their reviews are amazing. Antonio fully explained the pet treatment and that the urine and my cleaning attempts had removed colour from the carpet. Our Agent struggled to lease out one of our rental property due to a bad pet urine odour. The team at ChemDry Metro were amazing to deal with and completely got rid of the smell. I’m so impressed and happy to say that the property is now tenanted again. I have told the Agent no one else is to deal with my properties other than them

Antonio and Trin were fantastic. Very professional and had a sense of humor as well. On time doing the jobs and were not judgmental with all my junk that I had to remove. They came a second time after my sick cat had vomited and 💩 on the carpet. It looked like new , no smell or stain. Would highly recommend them .

Chemdry provide service that was friendly, prompt and effective. The treatment they use really works- the stains we had treated many, many times before through regular carpet cleaning services have finally have been removed. Amazing. Many thanks.
