They were quick to respond, friendly, and upfront about pricing, including any possible additional charges on the day, making the booking process easy. I had the most incredible experience with ChemDry, in particular Antonio. What an absolute joy of a human he is. He was tasked with removing red brick dust from brand new wool carpet. He was so thorough, careful in his process and explained everything he was doing. He miraculously removed the stain in no time at all. Had Antonio and William come out to remove a soft drink stain on some newly laid carpet. They explained all the details and performed the work in one hour. Couldn’t even tell there was a stain. I’m so happy with the result and I will be using them again if required. I highly recommend the team at Chem-Dry for all your carpet cleaning and stain removal.

Antonio and Trin were fantastic. Very professional and had a sense of humor as well. On time doing the jobs and were not judgmental with all my junk that I had to remove. They came a second time after my sick cat had vomited and 💩 on the carpet. It looked like new , no smell or stain. Would highly recommend them .
