I had the most incredible experience with ChemDry, in particular Antonio. What an absolute joy of a human he is. He was tasked with removing red brick dust from brand new wool carpet. He was so thorough, careful in his process and explained everything he was doing. He miraculously removed the stain in no time at all. Antonio explained his work, gave me tips on how to look after my carpet and had so much enthusiasm for his work. He is a true guru and I would not trust any one else. Antonio and Trin were fantastic. Very professional and had a sense of humor as well. On time doing the jobs and were not judgmental with all my junk that I had to remove. They came a second time after my sick cat had vomited and 💩 on the carpet. It looked like new , no smell or stain. Would highly recommend them .

Our Agent struggled to lease out one of our rental property due to a bad pet urine odour. The team at ChemDry Metro were amazing to deal with and completely got rid of the smell. I’m so impressed and happy to say that the property is now tenanted again. I have told the Agent no one else is to deal with my properties other than them

Brilliant service. Arrived on time, pleasant, very knowledgeable and efficient and got out the dark stain on my white couch that others never could. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Brilliant.

5 start experience with ChemDry Metro Melbourne! Booking in with Jeanette was so easy; she was helpful, thorough and by chance, was able to organised a technician to come out same day. The technician Dim was incredible! He was very knowledgeable, explained all the details of the treatment he felt was best suited to my smelly carpet, answered all my questions happily and performed the treatment in a very efficient manner. I am very grateful for ChemDry Metro’s expert service and cannot recommend them enough!
