I had the most incredible experience with ChemDry, in particular Antonio. What an absolute joy of a human he is. He was tasked with removing red brick dust from brand new wool carpet. He was so thorough, careful in his process and explained everything he was doing. He miraculously removed the stain in no time at all. Antonio and Trin were fantastic. Very professional and had a sense of humor as well. On time doing the jobs and were not judgmental with all my junk that I had to remove. They came a second time after my sick cat had vomited and 💩 on the carpet. It looked like new , no smell or stain. Would highly recommend them .

Our Agent struggled to lease out one of our rental property due to a bad pet urine odour. The team at ChemDry Metro were amazing to deal with and completely got rid of the smell. I’m so impressed and happy to say that the property is now tenanted again. I have told the Agent no one else is to deal with my properties other than them

Jeanette was so clear, honest and helpful in the initial inquiry and made it easy for me to choose ChemDry for the job - and Antonio delivered more than I even thought possible on the day! They really are the experts and go above and beyond to solve every challenge no matter how big or small it is with equal care and transparency. Highly recommend and will use again :)
