Exceptional service from Edward at Chem Dry! He successfully removed a stubborn wax stain from our carpet that others couldn't tackle. Professional, efficient, and great results. Highly recommend!

I imagine Edward doesn't want new customers. I couldn't submit a request through his website (could be my issue or that the form is unusable - not sure), so I emailed him using the email address advertised on the website. He never replied to any of my emails... and Ruth doesn't have access to the email inbox. She was friendly and helpful on the phone, and booked an appointment for me. We really appreciate Edward and the magic he worked. Tenants had put us in a bit of a pinch, having tracked mud up and down carpeted stairs while they were moving out. They also left a giant mystery stain when moving out. To make things a little more stressful, we had showings to potential new tenants in 2 days. ChemDry by Edward to the rescue!
