Office personnel are courteous and work productively. Steel receiving on the other hand, needs evaluated. Are you that short staffed that it requires 45 mins to an hour for unloading a steel coil? Take a look at your program fix the problem! Should ELD's take hold in the transportation industry your company will lose. Transportation companies will not place their assets on your loads only to risk losing revenue, from the truck, for an entire day. I myself will reconsider load opportunities to your facility.

It's okay but, it's a slow process to get unloaded and or loaded.
Friday's are a pain in the ass. Get there early or wait all damn day
