Just had the worst customer service experience with Charlie at Chemali Automotive Inc today. Was having issues with the right headlight of my Porsche Cayenne S. Brought the car to Chemali last Monday and Charlie identified after 10 minutes that the ballast wasn't functioning. Ordered new ballast through Amazon and scheduled an appointment today to replace the ballast.
