Arrived right after opening and was seen by a very kind doc within 25 minutes on a Saturday. The staff were all pleasant, efficient and professional. If you need something attended to promptly and don’t want to brave hospital emergency waiting rooms and times, I would highly recommend going here and timing your visit for when they open in the am.
Lab workers are very professional and efficient.
Had a similar bad experience with a rude nurse like the last poster. Her nametag was Samara or maybe it was Samantha.
Extremely long wait time..6 hours normal...and very arrogant unfriendly staff..Better care at Ladysmith..Saw a nurse roll their eyes at a doctor regarding another patient. I feel these individual need to remember they work for us..and we pay through our tax to give them jobs to serve us with care. They seem here to forget that.using their position of control for judgement and ego.
