This place was great in 2022, but has changed in recent years … they cancel appointments more than they keep them with both of my parents, and my visit today will likely be my last. The reception ladies are friendly enough, though had me wait for a while before getting me to fill out paperwork right as I was called in. The dentist I saw today (Dr. Majeed I believe) was SO intense and overbearing - going on and on about what needed to happen instead of having a two way dialogue with me. Dr Majeed is amazing, and so is the whole team at this office. I had a dental emergency and he got me in right away and fixed me up. I couldn’t be more grateful! They genuinely care for their patients. Definitely recommend - they are 5 stars.
Chemainus Family Dental is truly the best dental office I’ve ever been to. I came to Chemainus Family Dental for a new patient exam and cleaning, and I was impressed from the moment I walked in. The front desk team was warm, organized, and explained my insurance coverage and estimated costs clearly before I even sat in the chair.
