History Chem Seal was formed in 1986 by Rodney Muthard as a locally owned professional asphalt maintenance company. In 1992, the company was purchased by Joel E. Seibert and two other individuals. Mr. Seibert, along with his wife, subsequently purchased 100% of the company and continue to operate and expand the company by adding new services. Chemseal was very prompt when giving us an estimate. They was great answering all of our questions and took the time to explain the process to us. After we had signed a contract they were at our home quickly. When they arrived at our home they were very polite and took their time not to get sealer anywhere it did not belong. I would highly reccomend Chemseal for anyone that has pavement or line painting to be done.
Avoid this company like the plague.. Do not use.
Was happy to see that they taped up our garage area! Drive way looks great. Reasonable prices too!
