Alexander came to clean our carpet. We had a nasty pet stain we made worse...never thought it would come out. but it did! He did such a good job and was very kind and courteous. Can't believe he got that stain out and did such a good job. Our carpets looks beautiful. Thank you Alexander!

This the third time that I have had Chem Master clean the carpets in my home. They have done an excellent job each time. My carpets are over 10 years old and they look almost new using Chem Master service routinely. The technicians are professional, know what they are doing, discuss with you first about problem areas and how they will treat them. Worst service I’ve ever had. Showed up late, we’re very rude and also did a horrible job. I will rent a carpet steamer next time…
