I recently had 2 carpets “cleaned” using this service. Orginally their team member (guess this is a commission based company) Geroge came to my house. He made promises that the carpets would look brand new, even made fun of the carpet cleaning competitors. To be fair one of the rugs was in pretty rough shape, my moms dogs had done a number on them over the years. I outwardly questioned whether it was worth saving. My second carpet had one urine stain.
