Absolutely so happeeeee with the service provided. Cost was fair. Employee, can't remember his name, was professional, experienced and Friendly. YAY. I will be using them regularly for cleaning my carpet. YAY!
Braden from Chem-Dry Red Rose. You're the best mate. Very impressed with the can-do attitude of Braden. Professional, courteous, incredibly efficient at the task of bringing life back into my old carpets. He made the rugs in the hall and my bedroom carpet look new and they are a long way off from being new. I have cats and cat hair is VERY hard to clean but Braden managed. I had Brad come out today and he was very professional, polite, courteous and on time. Brad did a fantastic job from Chem Dry Rose and I will never go anywhere else. He removed the stains in a jiffy and was very patient with me aswell with me securing my dog. I have always had Chem Dry Rose wherever I move to because they are an excellent company that you can trust and rely on to get the job done when other places can’t. Can't fault their service. Technician (think his name was Brad) polite and on-time. Did a great job cleaning x2 rugs especially on general rug stains. Would recommend & use their service again.
Good service. The guys were a bit late, but did a fantastic job cleaning a stained mattress. It helps to know in advance that a mattress will take time to dry and to clear the parfume-like smell of the chemicals used. It is a deep cleaning, not wand-waving magic.
