J’ai eu un gros problème avec mon auto : pendant mon déménagement, j’ai dû transporter mon chat et il a uriné à l’intérieur. Comme il n’était pas opéré, l’odeur était tout simplement insupportable. J’ai d’abord payé 150 $ dans un lave-auto à Laval, mais l’odeur persistait encore. C’est là que j’ai appelé Franck.
