They were friendly, professional, efficient, knowledgeable. They came, did the work and left. I’m happy to talk with anyone who has a badly stained and very smelly carpet from dog urine. My beige wall to wall, was about 15 years old and looked like a polka dotted rug from our 16 year old dog. Maggie couldn’t hold her urine and was able to use only our living room as “her” room.
