Our Technician was on time, took extra care not to cover working area, did a great job of cleaning 3 chairs in our living room. He has cleaned for us before and he does an exceptional job!! Very knowledgeable about fabric. Chem dry doesn’t use harsh chemicals which makes it safe for our pets as well as better for my husband who is on oxygen. Outstanding job! Attention to detail was great. Vacuumed and cleaned all corners and edges of carpets and steps. Removed all stains leaving carpet looking new again!
Just had Tyler clean 4 carpets and a couch that 3 dogs used as a bed and he did an amazing and thorough job. Their customer service was wonderful, as we had an issue that was my fault and they still made it right. I highly recommend you use Chem Dry off Wooster. The price is right .
