It's a bummer for me to leave a review like this but unfortunately I feel I need to. I used Chem Dry when we first bought our house 7 years ago, and they were amazing. I'd recommend them to anyone that asked about carpet cleaners, especially anyone with pets. I need to get the carpet cleaned again so my first thought was Chem Dry because I had such a positive experience the first time. Hired a plumber from this business and had a great experience. They arrived quickly, were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and did a great job. Highly recommend
0 Stars (I had to click 1 star to be able to post). I called several weeks ago to schedule a carpet cleaning for yesterday. Time slot of 12-2 PM. Nobody ever called yesterday. I waited around all afternoon. I called in and left a message. Nobody ever called me back. They may be short-staffed - many businesses are, I get that. But no call back to explain anything? I will not use this business again.
