We set up an appointment for them to come clean the carpets almost two weeks ago. The FIRST question asked was "do you come out to Mayodan?" We provided the address and were told they would do it. Then we called the day before confirming they would be coming to clean the carpets the next morning, as we would have to go home and move ALL OF THE FURNITURE OUT OF ALL OF THE ROOMS BEING CLEANED.
