We called this company with a request to clean our sofas right before the Easter holiday. The owner was quick to work us into the schedule, to which we were grateful. We were asked with the first sofa to be cleaned if the whole sofa was to be cleaned or just the cushions. - thought this was odd, and wondered if maybe he were in a hurry. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Chem Dry of the Triad. I have had them out to take care of pet stains on my carpet a couple of times in the last year. Always on time, professional and they get the carpet so clean! The first time I called them, another carpet cleaning company had come out to clean my carpet. They did a really poor job and hit a pet stain that had no odor before they cleaned the carpet. I was panicked because the odor was horrible!
