Really great experience with Eco Luxe. Booking with Leanne was great, she was so kind and courteous. She was able to schedule me quickly which I so appreciated! The technicians were fantastic. Fast, friendly, effective. I asked for a last minute chair clean and even though they were working within a short time frame they said “no problem” and took it on. First place I called in Sudbury to get my futon dropped off and cleaned on the spot. Not only did they take it right away but it was cleaned within 24 hours. Great service and great cleaning. It came out beautifully!!!
I am absolutely thrilled with the cleaning of my 100% Viscose Persian carpet! Every place I contacted beforehand said they couldn’t handle such a delicate carpet, but Lee Ann at EcoLuxe went above and beyond. We hired Eco Luxe Carpet & Upholstery to clean 6 area rugs from our office. They were in bad shape and they returned the carpets to us looking better than we could have ever imagined. They look brand new, they smell amazing and we are so happy with the end results. Highly recommend!
