This is my third booking with chem-dry and have always been satisfied. I have never left a comment before but definitely wanted to this time round. I am retired now and I happened to be in the kitchen cooking while they were cleaning my carpets all around me. Sean and Joel were exceptional. Professional, helpful as they patiently answered many questions, teamwork+++. It was a pleasure rather than an inconvenience and my ( old) carpets look rejuvenated! Thankyou so much!
I was really happy with the service from Leanne and her crew at Chem Dry. Leanne explained everything, was able to schedule the service within about a week from when I called, and even provided advice, with respect to ease of cleaning, for a future rug purchase I was considering. The cost was reasonable, the technicians were friendly and thorough, and the carpets look and feel great.
