Met with Gerrit, the owner today. This is the fourth time he has been to my home for carpet services and duct work cleaning. Gerrit was so very professional as always, my carpets and ducts have never been cleaner, I have an aging 18 year old dog that messes a lot and the carpets are always brand new when he leaves.
