Mr. Banks,said he had a problem so went to fix the problem and there was no one there. We just cant keep going back and going back for no one to be home. We felt if he had a true problem he would have been home so we could have fixed it.
We had them come out to our house in Chesapeake,,,they only did 3 rooms for 154.00 and the tech said it would only take 2 hrs for the chemicals to dry. We gave it an entire weekend and when we came back to the house the rooms smelled like dirty sox and the rugs were wet !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We called and spoke to there dispatch woman and she got verbally abusive towards us. She indicated that she sent the tech back out but the 4 people there never heard her knock or ring door bell. Very disappointed, carpet is a mess and I have to have it redone.. Guy came out yesterday and did the whole house package for \$199.00 PLUS charged an extra \$5.95 for fuel . Downstairs living/dining combo came out good, it s a plush carpet and was very clean to begin with. The problem was the berber carpet upstairs (particularly TV room and office). When he finished I commented on the color difference between where the furniture sat and the rest of the carpet and the guy claimed that the color difference was due to indentat... read more
Friendly staff, excellent work. Will be the only one we use. They cleaned the carpets, furniture and cleaned my tile. It was a great experience!
Great service. Not only was there service great but I saved over \$100 from the last time I had a steam cleaner do my carpet. Plus my carpet was dry in about an hour. A+ ChemDry!
