Had Chem-Dry of St. Marys County clean two rooms for me today. A small bed room and a TV room. Both carpets had some spot marks. Technician did an excellent job of applying spot remover and then cleaning the rugs. Was done in a very professional manner. Very pleased with the results and would recommend this company.
Nathaniel arrived on time and was very thorough. He explained what he had done after he was finished. He did not rush through the job. The office staff is very helpful.

Got chemclean to vacuum and shampoo the carpets before moving out. He was late, had a cocky attitude and sped through the entire process. I actually had to go over everything myself the next day. He also left all the leftover wet cat hair and such from shampooing ... Not what I expected from a "professional" company.
