John,with Chem Dry carpet cleaning is once again Awesome Job! When I tell you he is Always on time 8:00 am Sharp and he's in and out quickly . My family was sleeping and he never woke anyone up. I absolutely satisfied with this company. Annie the receptionist is always pleasant and treat you like family. Today is my and that was the Best gift ever!!! Clean carpet, Covid-19 Free🥰 11/28/2020. There should be a big fat zero / 0 star option. Because 1 Star is not low enough. They just left and did not service the carpet. So the pictures posted is what they ran from. For starters I am a repeat customer. I Called and got a routine estimate doing the same service performed in the past. We have pets so there are pet stains this company knows this. At booking of appointment they offered me urine treatment (like before) but this time I opted out of the treat because we are replacing the carpet and only wanted the carpet ... read more
